  We stopped on our way to New Orleans and had a very terrible experience. The food was cold and my partner ordered quinoa instead of rice they changed it after an argument but they flipped overe and gave the same bowl without changing it and our order was served after 40 minutes we got the table. This is the first time we had such a bad experience with Chili's please either increase your service or try to avoid this place.

  So apparently you can smoke INSIDE the restaurant. I literally just left there and there was a guy in the bar area smoking away and nobody stopped him. 3 employees walked by him including the bartender, who brought to go boxes to his table! I don't know if its restaurant policy to allow smoking inside, but there always seems to be something wrong with his Chilis. I have been here 4 times in the last month and a half and there is always something wrong whether it be service, food quality, or this time, environment. Terrible Chilis. Go to the one down I-10 in Gulfport. That one is so much better!
